History of La Rotisserie

Since 1954, Rotisol S.A. has been continuing the world’s most beautiful and efficient rotisseries & catering equipment from its state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in Chelles, France.
An independent company owned & run by the same family for almost 50 years, Rotisol not only continue the fine tradition of this historic and popular style of French cooking. It has been responsible for its many innovations over the years.

About La Rotisserie

It is an European style of cooking system, which stops the spit for a period of 20 seconds in front of heating element every 180 degress this is not only seals in the flavours- it reduces cooking time by half increasing production and saving energy. It allows meat to constantly baste itself, sealing in natural juices while letting fat drip off cooking. Times are very fast taking less than an hour to roast a typical 1.2 kg chicken. The Rotisserie offer delicious, low-cholesterol, healthily grilled chicken and many more to all of valued customers.
